Berbahaya. Transaksi pdam sukses tgl 7 January 2020. Tgl 10february ,2020. Saya cek ternyata tidak masuk. Pdhl history ya sukses. Tgl 10 saya komplain. Sampai saat ini 13 Feb 2020 jawabannyg Di berikan mengambang. Trf di nyatakan gagal. Tapi tidak Ada penggantian saldo. Dan juga tidak Ada respon baik Dr customer servicenya. Lebih aneh Di nyatakan gagal. Saya cek Di history aplikasi masih sukses.. menurut saya in aplikasi pembayaran paling buruk.

- Kadang tulisan transaksi "BERHASIL" pdhl belum masuk sama pelanggan dan saldo penjual sudah terpotong. - Untuk transaksi yg tulisannya "GAGAL" dibilang "saldo akan direfund" tetapi kadang tidak direfund. - Contact untuk mengajukan complain transaksi hanya ada bot, itu pun tdk terlalu dpt diandalkan. Intinya, sulit untuk complain. Masih beruntung jika diproses, tapi bisa saja tidak akan diproses dan relakan saja saldo yg hilang (saya blm dpt solusinya).
