Polarized Priority Matrix

Polarized Priority Matrix is an innovative productivity app designed to prevent burnout by enforcing strict limits on your urgent tasks. Based on the classic Eisenhower Matrix framework, this task manager introduces physical rules to daily work planning. Instead of letting your urgent quadrant turn into an endless list of stress, the app uses a simulated magnetic field that physically rejects new tasks when your maximum capacity is reached.

Every task in the app behaves like a magnetic puck. The Urgent and Important quadrant contains a strong magnetic charge. When you try to add more tasks than your chosen capacity allows, the magnetic field generates active resistance. As you drag an additional item into a full quadrant, same-pole magnetic forces push it away, returning it to your backlog with tactile haptic feedback. This physical barrier forces you to make conscious decisions about what truly deserves your immediate attention today.

By transforming abstract task planning into a physical interaction, Polarized Priority Matrix helps you overcome decision fatigue and toxic productivity. You no longer have to rely on willpower alone to stop overcommitting. The system protects your mental energy by making it physically impossible to hoard urgent tasks. If something new must enter your top priority zone, you must first complete or demote an existing task to make room.

The app features customizable quadrant capacities, realistic force feedback tailored to your phone vibration motor, and burnout analytics to help you track how often you attempt to overwork. Designed with a clean interface and smooth physical animations, it brings clarity, focus, and healthy boundaries back to your daily workflow. Take control of your time, respect your daily limits, and protect your focus with a task manager that keeps your workload strictly under control.
