★★★★★ It's great for printing by phone and checking the 3D printer. I would love to see remote printing on the desktop version

★★★★★ Everything went fairly smooth, but you are required to create an account which was the only hold up. Once that was done everything else went smoothly with the connection and loading a file to the printer.

★★★★★ So far so good. For those having login issues, be sure to verify your account with the email they send. I saw the same issue, till I hit the verify link. Other than the camera not loading consistently the app seems fine for checking in on prints.

★★☆☆☆ App not working at all won't load on printer won't load on phone correctly won't load model library what's going on Polaroid

★★☆☆☆ Terrible!!! Was very excited to get my son one of these but failing at the first hurdle, been trying for hours to connect my phone it's all paired, connected to Wi-Fi etc. but when it comes to print and select the printer it says not connected or offline absolutely dreadful. No help whatsoever. Please update the app sort it out else this very expensive item is a real waste of money.

★★☆☆☆ After watching some videos on the app it looks super cool, amazing really, but that's about as far as my experience goes I physically CANNOT no matter how many different passwords I try, make an account, every single time I try to create an account I'm greeted with "Invalid Password" how can my password be invalid if I never had one? I'm more confused than anything else, I'd love to use the app but as it stands right now I physically CANNOT even attempt to use the app, it's extremely agitating

★★☆☆☆ When you create an account it just says wrong user info and will not work. Don't buy the printer either it is riddled with software bugs or at least the one that my friend has that I tried to connect to print my object. Very disappointed.
