I had written a review minutes ago then I tried to use it again and it got worse. I know there are comments saying that the printer is amazing, so I'm not sure if this is only my problem or what, the pictures show no details on the paper and I tried to print b/w it was impossible to find black in the picture, the black became purpleish in the picture. This is really disappointing. If anyone knows there is a way to fix it please let me know, because I see many of you are saying that the printer is good. Really wish that it is only my problem.

This is a TERRIBLE app! I try to print a photo and the app just crashes continuously. For the amount of money I spent on this printer, I would expect them to have a sufficient application that doesn't just crash. I'm going to be returning this printer. There is no point in investing in a product you can never use.
