Unfortunately they are not as expected, I expected simply flashcards with the movements' syllabus, with explanations on the back, but I got few flashcards that do not explain anything relevant to pole dancing and then access to videos that we all can access from YouTube once qe know the names and familiar to the movements... Maybe I got it all wrong but is not worth that price
