Once upon a time there was thomas the train and then I saw thomas the train run over someone!!!! I opened the app and immediately barney the dinosaur dropped out of the sky onto thomas the train, and he got into a crash. So barney the purple dinosaur saved us all and became a super-duper police officer!!!! Five stars!!!

Edit: the app location does not work when the device is on Wi-Fi instead of data. The app does not allow users to report scam calls/ SMS. PDPC instruct victims to report spam calls/ SMS via i-Witness, but the app is unable to provide the service and only via the SPF website. Also, all reports made via the app requires photos or videos, which makes no sense especially for cases in regards for scam calls/ videos or noise complaints.

Tried to report unsolicited SMS by presumably illegal moneylender, but the app kept crashing. Couldn't validate my details via Sing pass too.

When I need to submit witness urgently, the address bar doesn't allow me to key in manually, it will keep loading and hence I can't report any case. 🤷🏻
