Don't understand all the low ratings, I love this app, had it going in 10 inutes, yes, it took me twice to get on the internet. But that was my fault, logged into my Amazon account, had alexa going, but for some reason I can't make phone call from it, but I'm working on that. LOVE MY POLK audio system, the sub shakes my floor

All in all very good! With the addition of Polk command bar and extra wireless Polk subwoofers I have one of the best sounding stereo's surround sounds I've ever owned and minimal space requirements ! What else can you ask for!

Abysmal. Took at least a dozen attempts just to connect the soundbar to Wi-Fi. Sound quality is good, but the app is atrocious.

I always have to keep setting up my bar, and it sometimes connects. It says connect the polk bar Wi-Fi, but it never registers my Wi-Fi.
