Been using the app for only a short while and initially found it ok, setup went without issues and connected great with printer. Now having issues with app, cannot select heart to favorite models I wish to make at a later date on any of the models available so have to scroll through every time I want to print something, that's if I can even remember what heading I originally found model under. Using search option does not work at all either. Have resorted to using websites and a slicer online

We've been using this app and the Tina2s for the last 3 weeks or so and haven't had any issues. I do wish the info section for the 3d prints included estimated print times for each quality level. This would be extremely helpful. Also, I wasn't able to get many of the tutorial videos to play... just a black screen. 🤷🏼♀️ Other than that, we haven't had any real issues with the app/printer. My 11-year-old son has been able to easily navigate the app and print all sorts of cool things.

I have one major problem, Every time I try uploading a stl model, it says, "There's no more space," even tho my models size is only 20.62 MB, and there are models on the app that have more space... please fix this problem.

This app is useless. I tried to log in multiple times, but all it says is, "error". Whoever gave this app 5 stars is either a bot, or a paid employee. The instructions that came with my 3D printer don't help, either. I'll give it a 5 when it actually works.

Sucky. I can't even get our email to get past the code stage to even use our printer. What an awful app.

"Internal server error" or "socket closed" repeatedly trying to sign in with Google. Can't use 3d printer without the app which appears stuck

Currently can't even login. Tried restarting my phone, reinstalling, and clearing the cache. Still tells me there's been an error. Will update when it's fixed.
