Super easy to setup and works exactly as advertised. To get the 5 digit code, scan the bar code outside the clinic using some other app, register for a visit, you will receive a text message. It's a long message, on my Samsung phone I had to tap "read more". The 5 digit code is in the text message. It literally could not be any easier.

I installed the app and never got a text with a 5 digit code. I tried 5 times. The app is useless.

Can not log in. 5 digit password doesn't work. There is no other method of getting started. Deleted app.

Didn't work for me....virtual check in at a local urgent care and I received all my texts from the clinic but in "real time" with this app....no go. Didn't receive code to even get started.

Horrible. Cannot use the app. Either it needs me to enter my cell number but there isn't a box to enter. Or, it knows my phone number but does not send me the 5 digit code, a s I cannot get past the first registration screen just as other reviews have mentioned. Real shame as I was excited to have the app manage appointments, etc.
