Pomodoro Timer - Brain Focus

What does the pomodoro timer consist of?
This famous method consists of working for 25 minutes and taking short breaks of 5 minutes. After four repetitions, you rest for 15-30 minutes instead of 5.

Steps to increase productivity
1. Make a list of tasks and order them from most important to least important.
2. Turn on the timer and work avoiding any kind of distraction for 25 minutes.
3. Rest for 5 minutes, go outside to breathe, make a cup of tea, pet your pet or whatever comes to mind.
4. Repeat the process and on the fourth time, take a longer break. It is very important that during this break you do not use your cell phone, you can meditate, walk, talk to someone, etc.

If you are one of those people who are not able to concentrate in any way, this technique is definitely made for you, as it will increase your efficiency and productivity to the maximum. If you find it hard to start working, but once you start you are unstoppable, you can use it for a couple of loops to help you get the first push.
