I love this app I don't know what people are talking about when it asks you to update, you have to sign back in, and it gets rid of all the points that didn't happen to me, you just need to put in an email. Do the password. And then sign it, it's as easy as that.

You're forcing me to update. When I click update. It wants me to reinstall the app. I don't want to lose my old account & points, transactions made. I can't remember my password & it doesn't take the code it's texting me. Now im temporarily kicked out for too many tries.

Got the update but a popup keeps coming saying "update app" when I already did. It won't let me get into the app without clicking "update". It's supposable a better user experience, but it's already crashing. Love pop mart but the app SUCKs. It constantly crashes. Sometimes I feel like it's unfair for users trying to get a certain product but they can't since it crashes. One time I got a pop-up that said "this purchase seems fishy" and kicks me out from purchasing. Everything is always out of stock

Pop Mart app has been great for me, but the way customer service handles packages getting lost is another issue. I have 2 packages that have been in transit for 23 days. They insist my packages are heading to me, but they have been stuck in the same location for 7+ days refusing to give me a refund for something that is most definitely lost. Usually when I order from Pop Mart it gets to me within 10–12 days. Due to this experience I'm never buying from Pop Now again ☹️
