Love the chicken, but lately I've been dissatisfied with being charged for the sauces. It seems petty to be charging for sauces. Other restaurants do not charge for sauces. Also, there is never enough gravy in the mashed potatoes and if you ask to add a little more that's an additional charge. Ther is never enough gravy.

Great experience. I order my meal and pick the time and go through the drive through. My meal has always been ready even if I arrive a lil early. I look the offer to try new things, that I usually wouldn't get.

Ordered delivery and the driver left it at someone else's house and wouldn't contact me back. I contacted support, and their automated system said there's nothing they could do. So I not only spent $40 and waited an hour for food to never be delivered, but I also am not being offered a clearly needed refund. Horrible customer service for any of the delivery apps out there.
