Doesn't give you the same audio guide as the one you can buy in all the musemn but gives a nice summarize version and highlight version of the museum's. Sound quality is good. Wish it had a few more audios.

Technically DEFICIENT! DON'T USE for audio guide. I started to download the guide and the download stopped. Tried to restart and nothing. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Then I got a wrong code error. Contacted customer service, they were prompt to tell me the download code is for single-use. 2 or 3 emails later they reveal they have NO ABILITY TO RESET my download code. I asked for a partial refund and of course I'm not eligible. So, I have a ticket for the museum but not the audio.

This app came with a Crown Tours skip-the-line ticket for Castle Sant'Angelo to use as an audio guide and does not work on a Samsung Galaxy Ultra S24. The staff from the tour company said they had never seen the error before (the app was saying it had a bug and kept crashing). So that was wasted money on a bad app that I could not use as a guide through the monument. My husband wanted to use his, as it worked on his phone, and we quickly found that it was not a thorough guide. AVOID.

Mistakenly bought ticket and audio tour for Prado museum in Madrid. Walker audio tour is hard to follow, map in app is difficult to navigate (upside down compared to museum map) and "autoplay" doesn't work at all, so you have to hunt for the paintings and then play the guide.
