Had problems with app, my order was in processing for 4 days then I ask why, then I found out the book I order isn't in stock (writen on app as in stock back then), they had to back order, POPULAR MY use good courier, I noticed since my problem started they have make corrections to app, I hope future customer won't go through my experience. There are a lot of book not found on other online book platform, Some not in stock, but they write which is and not now. Good accepted payments methods here.

Hi, can u please fix the problem that card and qr code won't show on the Account page???? The ios ver is 18.4.1, this issue bothered me a long time already. Even I reinstall it still not solved

To be honest, when this app was down, I was trying to download it back, but then it didn't work (this was on March) also I had problems regarding about whenever you can still use the popular member card without the app and im not sure if the cashier of the store wanted to accept that. Please let me know if I can use the card even without logging in the app because I need to know. Thanks.

1. I can't even see how much points I have accumulated as of to date (or has it been scraped from membership benefit?) 2. I can't see the differences/ benefits between 3 memberships (Privilege Card, Normal membership and student), it kept on leading me to "Renew Subscription" interface. Are you telling me the only benefit is the length of renewal years? 3. If I click on "Popular Online" it just guides me to the website, and I need to sign in separately, why not just streamline the access?
