Portable Invoices

This app helps you to create and send cost estimates and invoices, including cancellation invoices, as well as cost management. - possible in 10 different languages!
With the free version you can create 10 invoices.

Master data:
- My “company". You can als set the language here.
- Gets generated at first start:
Countries, currencies and units of measure
- Are defined manually:
Tax rates
Article categories
Terms of delivery
Cost types
Payment methods
Terms of payment
Stocklist
Customer base
Cost estimates

Invoices:
- Details: Quantity, unit price, discounts Quantity
Special feature: You may optionally add a maximum of tw customizable columns, e.g. "Number of days" and "Number of kilometers" per item, then the item value is calculated as the product of "Quantity", "Unit price", "Number of days" and "Number of kilometers".
- Terms of Payment
- Tax rate per item
- Optional: Company logo
- Optional: Signature
- Open invoices in PDF format e.g. in Adobe Reader (preview)
- Send invoices in PDF format immediately via e-mail client. The email text is created automatically.
- Publish invoices in PDF format via standard dialog, e.g. Google Drive
- And many other possibilities.
Special feature: The invoice can optionally als be saved in ZUGFeRD format.

Reporting:
- Articles and customer base
- ABC analysis: sales (quantity), sales (values), sales (per quarter)

Database:
- You can activate the test database at the beginning t start the app test immediately.
- You can save and restore the database locally.
- You can save and restore the database in Dropbox™
- After the app test all entries can be deleted
