After seeing the 4.7 rating and some reviews that quality of veggies are great we tried this app. Veggies are just okay. Maybe all 4 or 5-star ratings are their acquaintances. Their delivery service is pathetic. Had to follow-up multiple times for the delivery and after asking multiple times to cancel the order they delivered that too with a 2-day delay. Couple of items were missing, and they don't refund the amount. Useless service. Stay away from this.

Very pathetic quality. All waste rotten veggies for extra prices. They cheat the customer by charging extra for useless veggies. They do not deliver for free, they take delivery charges. Waste app and waste service. Uninstalling after pathetic experience.

Worst This was my second order after the first order was ok ...each and every product had a defect...bought 500 g carrot and every carrot was 10 cm long...bought a kg of capsicum...half of them was rotten from inside...bought a bottle guard...which was completely dry from inside...paid 517 for product which is normally thrown away in Rythu Bazaar at the end of day...I went back to Big Basket.I will wait and buy or go outside and buy but not from them anymore...order number 6660...dated 19 May...
