Very bad experience with Porter, the rider could not complete the delivery because his bike broke down shortly after the pickup. The courier was not delivered, but the charges are still showing as overdue in my account. Since the delivery could not be completed, I had to arrange for another person to pick up the courier and deliver it to the drop location. I have contacted the support team multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved and the support team is not helping to remove charge.

I would avoid using packers & movers service in the future, after first experience,,,here porter team is using third party service ,and have no control on them,,,even after rising complaint two no support ,,,,I would suggest people to use other private vendors

They don't have proper driver verification process. Booked ID driver is different driver came to deliver is different. Also paid extra payment for their delay.

Jaipur. Inside the city, they took toll payments between Vishal Nagar to Gopalpur turn and Gopalpur turn to Vatika, even though the toll is not charged at all.

Yeh app no doubt Beirut achi hai kamai k maamle mein Beirut se logo k ghar k chulhe jalte hai per ab iss app ki coustmer servie team aur yeh app HUD apne valuable asset YAGNI rider ko ignore karne lagi hai mere 2 known ne iss app ko download kiya kamane ke liye per after paying app aur training k baad bhi app open nahi hui Ab unhein yeh lagta hai jaisa nuke sath Dhaka hua hai
