Porter shows one fare initially and a different one after the order is delivered. If Porter's figures are correct, why doesn't it show the higher fare right from the start? You are misleading people. BOYCOTT PORTER.

Too many glitch on both user and driver app representative when ask to refund the redeem point since driver app show full amount still they were stick to their one line it should be written below and rider have mistakenly asked for full payment whereas sending and receiving both party confirmed that on driver app it shows full amount and the coin redeem that should be displayed was not shown. Also driver never comes to proper pickup location matter we did have the regular same address pickup.

Terrible experience I booked uninstallation, transport and installation of 2 AC. both the AC are damaged by porter. Then they asked for photo proof document proof and all sorts of things. They connect the call with the vendor who did it. Who of course denies his fault. Now they denied refund. The call center lady Ria (which is not her real name surely) says there is no way I can escalate this. Don't give your things to porter. They will screw it up and then not take responsibility of it

You can use Uber Parcel instead. Pathetic experience with the service and customer care. Although they charge more than Uber, I still tried this, but of no use. The parcel pickup was delayed by more than 1 hour, and I had to use Uber later.
