Recently used Porter for intercity house shifting in Bangalore. Must say it exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The packers arrived on time. Very well-behaved. They did not rush at all. They packed each and every item carefully. Appliances and furniture was packed with soft material as well. Everything was loaded carefully and unloaded and unpacked with care. Would recommend it for women doing the house shifting etc. alone. Very professional. 10/10

Bahut hi kharab experience hm era ek driver ki rajah se jisne hmse payment cash me receive karke jhut bol diya ki use payment receive hi ni Hui hai or porter pe complaint krne pe koi acha solution ni nikalte ye log porter team bhi support ni karti ache se sirf ye ek complaint ni hai Beirut h jo ki isme Jada word me type ni ho payega dear porter team apse request hai please meri help kare ni to merit rah Beirut log pres an honge aap to bus jldi acc. deactivate kar dete ho Mara kaise Kama kare hum.

Terrible experience with Porter. My pickup was delayed and rescheduled by their staff. During packing, they merged my bags and allowed me to add one more. Trusting them, I handed over an unlocked bag while they packed everything in front of me. Later, I found 2 new dresses and a Bananas saree worth ₹10,000 missing. Porter promised an investigation but later blamed me for not locking the bag and closed the case. Very disappointed with the service, professionalism, and customer support.
