Contact area super / accounts help for company ID - name - password, they'll email it to you. If app doesn't email your security code, you need to be using the email you told your office! Was using Puffin & Flash fox, but this is instant, low Mb. You'll need a PDF reader on your device.

Can't use it as first time log in it tells me its send me a one time password but don't receive it in time as I get a time-out page before the email comes and have to go through it all over again
