Very clean interface and easy to use. The saved electricity meters keeps on disappearing. Once they are saved on the next login session after a few days they are not there

Please upgrade your app, I've lost money several times when helping customers, it shows pending on transaction history, and they don't receive airtime, DStv subscription or electricity units. And on DStv please give us options on amount to be put 🙏🙏

I've had terrible losses with this app. An app dealing with money has to be VERY robust. The app crashes after you enter pin, say something went wrong, but it debits the agent's account and the customer doesn't receive a sms notification nor the airtime purchased. When this happens I refund the customer. So far I've had losses close to P900 from July 2024
