Honestly it only works if you're already in a good state of mind. So if you're thinking that this would be like therapy and help guide you it won't. Save your money and just get therapy instead. At least there you'll be able to get things off your chest and express yourself.

The fact that I have paid so much for this program, and it doesn't allow the 6-week program to be reset so that I can go through it again is mind-boggling. Support told me to contact who I purchased this program through which I did, and they were also told the app can't be reset instead I have to scroll through individual days which is not practical when you're using the program day to day week to week as you can't record your progress again. I expected more.

Since the major update in March the app has become unresponsive. I have emailed app support, and I do get responses back but with no real update or solutions. This was a great app and worked on my android phone before the update. Can we go back to the old version or find a fix for this version PLEASE?
