Tried reading the "avoid negative thinking" section...couldn't get into it too much because I felt it was using the words "no" and "not" too much. I feel that the human brain ignores the words "no" and "not". For example, a sign says "Don't forget the ice". I feel the human brain throws out the word "not", hidden in the word "don't", and registers only the words "Do forget the ice", so what do you do? You forget the ice. If the sign said "Remember the ice", you'll remember because "not" is gone.
