I love this app it helps you to be more positive in your day-to-day life. It has prompts you write about. They give you different questions to write about daily. It's giving me the push to be more grateful and thankful and happy in my life and to appreciate my life more. This app is awesome I love it, it asked you that questions that generates the right thoughts and gets you thinking about the things that really matters..., when it comes to starting to take better care of yourself and improving yourself, it also has a reminder notification pop up in your phone notifications, so you don't forget to remind yourself you need to prioritize yourself too as something important... you can even keep a journal your thoughts.

So far it doesn't help. End up writing "IDK" a lot, or "no clue". It asks questions that I constantly ask myself that I never have an answer for & I feel as though it is making me dwell on my lost mindset even more. *going to continue to try it & see what happens.
