How to register
Our app is free to download and easy to use. To get up and running, all you need to do is: 1. Make sure that you have activated your Online Banking 2. Download the app 3. Register using your User ID and 6-digit PIN (same as Online Banking) 4. Once you’ve registered, all you’ll need is your 6-digit PIN to log in
If you’re not yet using Online Banking please call our customer service team on 0845 266 8977 who will be able to help get you started.

Works perfectly fine, I've had no problems with the app. I'm not sure why
many others are having issues with their user ID, mine worked straight away
when I put it in, and no the user ID is not your acc number, the user ID is
a different set of numbers that gets sent out to you in the post stating
what the numbers are for so I'm not understanding the confusion.

Basic and simple Works well for what it does as in showing your recent transactions and really that's all there is.. Those complaining the user id is your online I'd and password which would have been normally sent to you for online banking. The App works fine but is a bit to basic and added functionality would be great with fingerprint login etc

Needs Updating! Like many others, the app doesn't recognise the User ID (even after using it to log in to the website). Fix this PO!

Won't let me use online with the details they sent user id or pin apparently I have to phone them costing me money ...avoid
