Would be very useful if developers added the function of switching languages! App is automatically in the system language, which is quite frustrating. I would like to have the app in German, and still having my system language in English.

I like the app, even though it redirects to web browser for a lot if features. But you have to keep in mind it's a parcel tracking app. Still it could be improved in some ways. One thing that caused confusion a couple of times and is definitely worth fixing is: detailed item information: if one opens that view by clicking on a notification, it would show outdated data. I need to refresh the view to get updated info. That's a bit silly, but other than that pretty useful for tracking.

Hint: "From now on logged in private users can purchase all versions of the parcel stamp directly in the app" - Yes, but - we're in Austria (...the place where new things hardly do as they should...)! ☺️ So, (tried with a smile) purchasing Parcel-stamps via app IS possible and does as described, but THAT'S ALL! NO Stamp, NO message, NO nothing even HOURS after finalized the payment-process. Not even the address of the customer is listed... tried the browser-version instead. Again. 👍🏼

The Post notified me of a parcel, only to refuse delivery as it did not contain extra information about the ONLY stairwell number where my door is. A month-long complaining 6 times per their (here also mentioned) email, including twice complaining to the management board went UNANSWERED. If possible (GLS/DPD, DHL, UPS) avoid the Austrian Post.
