Love this app for sending postcards to my Grandkids. It was especially appreciated over the last year when we couldn't visit them very often, it let them know I was thinking of them. Great quality and fast delivery!

I sent a postcard to someone who changed their address, so the postcard was never delivered. I contacted postagram thinking it was a problem on their side, and only later learned that it was my own fault. However, despite it being my fault, postagram was kind enough to send a second copy of the postcard to the correct address, free of charge. Their customer service was excellent, and I continue to use their service.

Not Sure what has happened, I loved this service, but today the app will not access my current photos. Struggling with getting postcards designed.

Great app, but the postcard delivery time of 11 days is crazy. Especially when USPS mail delivery isn't having issues. I'm looking for alternatives.

I ordered a card, and it didn't come on the expected delivery date. I tried sending an email to their support, but there are no updates, not even a single response. Lol, waste of time and money.
