Absolutely stupid app. I was about to place an order after having lots of annoying steps to go through to even get to the base app. The app says: "To get your order at the counter (takeout) or delivery you must show your credit card with a valid photo identification". Hell No. no a single delivery app I've used for takeout has ever demanded that. At all. Even if it's to prevent thieves, it's not the right way to do it. Other apps just ask you for your name at the counter or the order number.

I download the app because I work in the mall and there is a poulet rouge in the food court. To avoid long lone ups for my half hour break I download the app and order ahead of time. This app charges an extra $2 to order online. So I deleted it and going to order somewhere else and telling others I work with. I eat in the mall a lot since I work here. About $80 a week in food at the mall doesn't sound like a lot, but it adds up especially if im telling others.

I was supposed to get a free Rouge bowl afyer my first purchase. When I try to redeem, it just won't add it to cart. I feel scammed...

Do not use this app, unlike other food apps. This one has extra fees for using it. I will be sticking with other food apps that give deals for using them. They do not have extra fees,

I am so disappointed with this app. I had a reward of getting a free rouge bol which disappeared from the app. Now the app stated that "get a free rouge bol with the purchase of one..." which I did...still no reward. I purchased 2 other bowls ... still nothing. The staff were really nice, and they tried to help, but unfortunately there was nothing that they could do since the reward did not appear on the app. Very, very disappointed. What is the point of this promotion if we can't even get to enjoy
