This app is useless as the company itself, doesn't work you need to call the company in order to get your ID recovered which is time-consuming a hassle and is stupid!

This is the worst app and the only way to do mobile deposit and somehow every single time it cuts off my signature. The app is useless to me at this point.

I love my bank, but this app is either sometimes working or just not at all, ESPECIALLY at night! It's irritating that I can't make payments, do a transfer, or check my account between the hours of 2am - 5am, as not everyone is able to do things during the day. 😩 I do appreciate the rest of the services available and I do utilize them, but this issue keeps happening, and I feel so frustrated with it.
