Software Needs Improvements. I really like my Power Queen 12V 125Ah Smart LiFePO4 battery, but the app needs work. My SOC repeatedly showed 99%, yet the battery later shut down under load and, once charging resumed, showed 24% and required hours of charging. There may also be an RV/pump issue, so I’m not blaming the battery. That’s exactly why the app needs accurate SOC, low-battery notifications, BMS fault alerts/history, and usage graphs. Great hardware deserves equally great software.

The batteries came rickety split. I talked to the guy. Probably should have listened a little more. I bought the 125 27 series. I definitely would now buy the 24 series. You could do 50 amp I fished 4 days with my Garmin Force and still had like 45% definitely over 20 hours of use. But I wanted to be able to go camping and use it for a few days. That's why I went the way I did but definitely didn't have to. I rather have the space in a small boat.

I can't elaborate enough how sick and tired I am of having to register and log into an account when all I need is a simple BLUETOOTH utility. God forbid it resets and needs me to log back in when I'm all the way away from service trying to know what my battery status is. The other Bluetooth battery brand apps are the same.

It tells me some useful basic info, but no details on the individual cells. "Balance" says all cells are well-balanced. How well-balanced??? "Cells" tells me the battery is in optimal working condition. No individual cell voltages. This makes me think they don't know the individual cell voltages, and if so they wouldn't be able to stop charging an over voltage cell. There are no settings for what min or max charge is.

Unable to log in on Galaxy S26U, selecting country drops back to the login page. Google login is unsuccessful, and Facebook login is apparently using a bad hash ID. Unusable app in its current state.
