PowerDot is a companion app for FDA-cleared smart electrical muscle stimulator that utilizes NMES/EMS and TENS technologies and provides active athletes and sports enthusiasts with a new and unique way to recover and improve overall muscle performance.

Hands down the best thing I did for my body. I've had severe issues with my neck, shoulder, back, lats, rhomboid since my 20s. I've been to the chiro 40+, acupuncture 15x, regular TENS and theragun for years during covid. Since I discovered power dot, I have used it 2,600 times since Nov 2023 all over. Excessive I know. But I can't list out all the good things that happened to my body, but I feel like I'm 16 again. My body physically has no more stress throughout the day, and it feels amazing.

Pretty simple to use. I've only used it for targeting pain and massage, so I don't have a review on the strengthing aspect of Power Dot. I do notice slight relief after one session and better if not gone after a few repeated sessions.

This product is a huge pain to use. Constantly having to disconnect and reconnect, re-pair, and reactivate. Right now, my Power dot won't activate at all. And they suggest like 6 things to try to fix it. Argh! Great idea, but get the technology perfected before selling to the public!

The product is good but the app has issues staying connected to the Power Dots, and it is a difficult dashboard to navigate to the desired programs.

I tried logging back in after a long break, so I updated the app, and now it won't open on my Android. The 1 time I was in it, it didn't connect to my dots. I'm starting to think Power Dots were a waste of money especially if the app isn't going to be maintained.
