Description
With the PowerProbe app users can get connected to the PowerProbe Maestro, which is a last generation circuit tester used to develop electrical diagnosis in the vehicles.
The PowerProbe app shows the same readings that can be seen in the Maestro display, as well as carry out additional functions, as oscilloscope mode which allows to see different curves on the smartphone or tablet display in real time, being much more practical and intuitive than the numerical results.
Maestro is the top of our professional tool range develop for an advance vehicle diagnosis. With powerful multimeter functions, advanced diagnostic modes, easy to read LCD display, and a new rugged dust and water resistant housing, the Maestro has been designed to give years of trouble free testing. Moreover, the PowerProbe app expands the tool capabilities and give the user access to answers that are required.
Using the PowerProbe app, users can get the most out of the circuit tester Maestro. The following are the functions that can be displayed on the PowerProbe app:
• DC voltmeter with the capability of applying battery supplied voltage or ground
• AC voltmeter: TRMS, peak-to peak /min/max, frequency, duty cycle
• Resistance testing with a live or unloaded circuit
• Fuel-injector test mode
• EZ Learning videos teach the end-users how to complete the most common applications
Besides those functionalities, the PowerProbe app gives the users additional value, such as data register, allowing the user to save the readings in the smartphone or tablet internal memory and share readings with other people in an easy and quick way.
Another of the great functions of the app is the oscilloscope mode, which allows to see the curves on the smartphone or tablet display in real time, being much more practical and intuitive than the numerical results. Using the oscilloscope mode, users can realize much easier about the performance of the vehicle, than using the numerical results that can be seen on the Maestro.

NOT WORKING FIXED (Android). I had to search Google for an older version. The version you download from the store is v1.1.0 I searched the app in a generic Google bar and found an older version 1.0.25 and downloaded it. Had to adjust some setting to let my phone download apps from other sources other than play store. But it works with the maestro. Hopefully they have an updated release soon. But this works for now (galaxy s20)

This app is awesome. It's still new...keep this in mind! To everyone that says it won't connect.(It doesn't support Android 13!!!!) I set this up on my Note20(android13)NOTHING!! So, I set it up on my old Note8(android9)... Once I searched and linked the Bluetooth...the app linked right up!! It can currently mirror and record what the probe sees for readings!!! This is a game changer in diag!! For now, I'll just use my old phone.

Bought the tool with the understanding of the app being able to record data. The app is installs fine but will not do anything past pair device screen. Very disappointing due to the purchase price of this tool. Do better power probe.
