We’ve made it a lot easier and way cooler to fly POWERUP 4.0 at night. Optional LED lights will enable you to light up the night - making for awesome visuals and round-the-clock fun.
2 rear wheels and 1 front wheel give your paper plane more style and make for easier takeoff and landing. They also make it possible to launch off of a surface rather than hand-launching.
We partnered with the best RC hobby vloggers on the planet – FliteTest! They have put together their incredibly creative minds to develop a foam jet inspired by the F22 for the 4.0. It is made from a special laser cut foam board they created and make in the USA.
Intuitive control makes it easy to fly. Simply tilt your phone in the direction you want your plane to fly. It’s really that easy.
POWERUP is an incredibly helpful tool when it comes to teaching and learning aeronautics. Students can test multiple designs, analyze their work and improve their planes. Through trial and error, they can understand what makes their plane fly smoother, longer and farther- key lessons in airplane design.

Allows your phone or tablet to control the Power up 4.0 module. This module attaches to paper planes to make them remote control. I like how you tilt your phone to control left right. Great fun. I'm still enjoying this in November 2022 two years after installing.

Love this App & hardware. Been a rotary wing oficianato until this came along! I found my skill level increasing rapidly, mostly from this well-thought-out app, which makes it so easy to fly! I flew today: flipped switch on airplane, launched the app and connected immediately! Great range too. This is the most affordable way to get into RC fixed wing flying. Controlled flying with a paper airplane is a rush!

Simple, fun, lots of laughter My wife gave me a Power Up 4.0 plane kit as a semi-serious birthday gift. It has been a TON of fun! My kids (10 & 8yo girls) are able to control it easily, and we have all been doubled over laughing at each other's flights. Most of our experience is in a .5 acre yard surrounded by trees which is a little tight for the plane(s). It has been stuck in trees and on top of the house a couple of times (a source of great laughter). Thanks for the family bonding time!!

The app won't even work it just has an error message when I try to load. It's not the phone I have the newest one the bug just does not let you use this app.

I have an older Power Up 3.0 single prop device and cannot connect it to my new phone. While I can see the device in the Bluetooth available device when I attempt to connect it I get a message that the device needs an application. I have the power up 4 software installed, but I do not see anyway to connect the plane in the application.

Hard time connecting. Have been trying for three day after I flew it one time. I bought two and both won't connect. Bad flight controls. If you want to learn to fly, other small plane are out there worth the extra $100. This was a waste of money and will not teach you anything about flying other rc place.
