For everyone having trouble connecting, it's 2.4ghz only you need to go into your router and start your 2.4ghz band. You all having user error not app or machine error... Works perfectly except the start button. It'll tell you to press start at the machine. Why have that feature in the app if you can't ever use it?

This app sucks. It will not connect to my Power XL, and the loud beep on the machine is extremely annoying, almost as much as the flashing Wi-Fi light. Power XL, you need to fix these issues now!!!!!

This app will not open it says ot has a bug I Uninstaller it and that didn't help would love to use my air fryer with the app if fixed

Can not connect the air fryer to the network

The app is almost as bad as the actual air fryer. I downloaded the app because my parents accidentally turned on the Wi-Fi option and can not use their fryer. The timer is bugged as well as the temp options. I have looked far and wide for a way to just turn off the Wi-Fi option, so we can use our fryer again, and nothing. We plan on buying a new air fryer, and it will be something like a Ninja that doesn't have Wi-Fi. Seriously, who needs Wi-Fi in an air fryer?
