Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
-The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product. -You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through your Account Settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period. -Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription to that publication is purchased.
Users can register for/ login to a Pocketmags account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms. Existing Pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.
We recommend loading the app for the first time in a Wi-Fi area so that all issue data is retrieved.

I have now revised my comments and have now given 5 stars. I emailed Pocket mags giving details of my problems when trying to download, and they replied within an hour. I was told that they would add the magazine to my account manually, and they were true to their word. Excellent customer service.

Tried to subscribe but all I get is error messages and no access to the digital download. Tried numerous times and nothing so now cancelled subscription.....

Apparently it is acceptable to take my money for a subscription and then remove my ability to access said subscription as "this app is only compatible with Android". Given that I have all the Google libraries installed on my fire tablet and there is no technical reason why it could not work, I'm assuming that this is not actually a compatibility issue, but an attempt to get me to also buy the issues on an Amazon subscription as well! This is a very poor show, which is a great pity as the content of the magazine is excellent. Sorry PFK, but you've lost another loyal customer.
