Dr Purohit has vast experience not only in Diabetis but diabetis related problems, with which he is not related directly. He is very sympathetic and patiently answers every anxiety and querries of a patient although their field of expertise is very specific. He never loses his cool to answer each and every small or big problems of a patient. As an IAAS, with all India service liability and exposure I have not seen any doctor like him who is a so good listener and not money minded.

I had to ask again and again, then she casually mentioned a medicine in chat without dose or full prescription. She prescribed expensive tests without reason and finally told me to see a neurologist — so why charge me in the first place? I emailed Practo support but haven’t received any proper help yet. Very disappointed. Please resolve or refund.

I have booked appointment for Dr Jyoti Sehgal based on fees showing on Practo fees is 1k however Vedanta hospital charged fees 2500rs which is unfair
