I recommend not to use Practo App, Costly Consultations. Very, Very Bad Experience, I cancelled one consultation due to some issues I had a refund of Rs 549 /- Since last 10 Days following up with the customer care team, not received the refund, Also when inquiring with the customer service they are telling refund is completed from our end you follow up with your bank, my bank is telling no such refund is received and follow up with the merchant. Now whom should I approach.
