Fraud app because if we go to doctors for consultation directly they will charge Rs.450 only, if we go through practo app, doctors will charge Rs.700 for consultation fees. Please don't use practo app. It is a fraudulent app. Because customer will go by thier vehicles on believing referred by practo app and if customer not satisfied with doctors then customer will not ask money back and customer will lose money and time, nobody will give time and money.

Fraud application. Booked appointment but doctor cancelled the same, and now they are not refunding the money. Advice every one that please don't come in their trap once payment done they will not provide any service.
