Praetorian Guard

★★★★★ Upgraded from AES Pro2 unit that worked well for 3 years. It took 30 minutes to install the Praetorian Guard intercom (for a driveway gate) and installed version 2.8 on an Android phone. Software found the new intercom and connected the first time. Took some time to configure all the new options mainly because the unit requires a mini-SD card inside the intercom to record triggers (not supplied). Followed instructions. No other issues.

★★☆☆☆ Please fix your app. I don't get any notification when somebody calls. I have open the app and then I get the call. Also, the user interface is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. It's built by a 5-year-old developer. I bought a very expensive product and It's just completely useless if this app doesn't work. Just ridiculous.

★★☆☆☆ I can't figure out how to stop this app from constantly playing my notification ring. It is driving me crazy. It keeps playing the notification sound non-stop. I can't figure out how to make any changes because they are to stupid to use words instead of pictograms for every setting in the app. I read English. I do not read pictograms or whatever they are called. OMG

★★☆☆☆ Unreliable and hard to use. Time delay in latching disappeared locking people in. Adding some descriptions in the UI shouldn't be too hard, it's not like it'd break a great design.

★★☆☆☆ This app is really awful. We had it installed months ago, and it had never work as advertised. Our installer can't get answers to functionality questions. It's like it's been abandoned problems: time has never been correct. We're using a workaround timer that doesn't use the app. Unable to fetch videos. Notifications. Set off by headlights. Live on a busy road, so notifications were constantly going off no matter how we set up the camera & app doesn't recognize notification muting on my phone
