This would be an excellent app, but I don't use it enough to pay a monthly fee. I would be happy to buy the app for a reasonable price because it does work well but to use it five or six times a year makes a subscription out of the question.

This app doesn't work. When I press on a location it will jump 2 sections over but no matter how many times I press and reload it will not give me the location of the quarter I need. Also, I punched in my home quarter land location it dropped a pin 3 miles away. If you can't trust it then it's worthless.

Used to be a great app I even paid the $3 to upgrade it worked good for finding the oil lease site for work, but now they want a subscription... they got greedy. I will not pay monthly for this small of a convenience
