★★★★★ Simple and easy to use I enjoy this app because it is not a guided meditation app more of a timer app for breathing. It is easy to use.

★★☆☆☆ The paid version of this app is decent. It guides you through slower and more deliberate breathing, as you advance through the three speeds of the three "levels". (1: breath in and out. 2: in, hold, out. 3: in, hold, out, hold). The free version is locked to breathing in and out only, which isn't really good breathing practice at all, except when you're first starting... So what's the point of the app? Just watch a YouTube video, if you can't configure this app to be helpful anyway. The paid version is a 4/5 for me, though. You can't completely customize the timings, so I can't slow it down enough for where I'm at, now, but it helped me for write awhile.

★★☆☆☆ There are better apps out there for breathing exercises like calm, and 'stop, breathe and think'.
