I can't reply to you, so I'm changing the review. In the latest version you introduced an extra step to choose a device first (I only have one so what's the point?). And you changed the button to Personalize overview. The main thing I use is Take My weight, which is top left, impossible to touch with one hand when holding the phone in right hand. I maybe use the Personalize button once/yr, but I'm using Take Weight every day, so why not have that button bottom middle instead, so it's easy to use?

FIRST, TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO CAN NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT-YOU MUST ACTUALLY CLICK ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM. THEN YOU CAN CLICK THE REGISTER BUTTON AND MOVE FORWARD. Other than the issues with registering, the app has been wonderful. The scale connects extremely quickly and a body scan gives a TON of information. I am hoping to use this tool to help focus on better health in 2026! Not giving a 5-star rating is because of the obvious registration issues.

How can a well-established company like Taylor risk losing so much business over a useless app? Without a functional app, the "smart" scale I bought will only show my overall weight. Aren't we all returning the scale, thus bringing Taylor's attention to this catastrophe? If ANYONE has had success in using the scale and app together I'd like to know what trick there might be. The feedback submission never goes through either. Way to go to make your customer base furious, Taylor!

Like others have said, I cannot register an account. I purchased the scale from Costco and I will be contacting their customer service to inform them that this product is not functionally as described. Will be returning and getting a refund.

The app worked great for a week. I was able to connect it to my workout app and loved the convenience of not having to manually log my weight, but it stopped working yesterday, 1/2/2026. It won't let me log in.
