If I could give it 0 stars I would. This app needs IMMEDIATE attention. You can't see what you're typing since the screen doesn't move when the keyboard pops up. The communication threads are a hot mess. There is no search function in the messages. I could go on...

Terrible. I am unable to access any documents, it doesn't give notifications, so I have to remember to check it multiple times a day, so I don't miss important messages (again). I am trapped into using it but if I could, I would switch to a different fertility practice to avoid using this app. And I have told my clinic's management this. If the clinic you are considering uses this app STOP NOW and find a different clinic!
