Won't even open or load on my new phone

Not even close I use my Bmo Harris bank in an everyday bases situation and I do not have one problem with their flawless app... but this app is just hands down the worst... it won't open & when it does, it won't sign in because of an error... get it together or remove the app it's a worthless... it doesn't work, and it's pretty sad since it's 2015, and I'm using my Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Mobile deposit is next to useless. On average, I need to take pictures 5 different times before it registers and reads the check. Always crashing. It's necessary if you bank here, but it's an awful app.
