If you haven't downloaded the app, Don't! Essential services like pay bill, citizen etc. don't work, and the password will kick you out every time. Wait until you see reviews suggesting these services are working, then download it. It is looking good though, once fully functional, it will be good. Another thing, people also use airtel money. Make it available. Mesa isn't the only mobile payment platform in the country

It's not reliable at all. Most of the time the app will not even load, returning an error every few minutes. That has been happening for over a year now, and it hasn't been fixed. Also, most of the services in the app are there for decoration and do not work. It is better to switch banks at this point.
