★★★★★ Always the same standard at which every premier Inn you stay at always found them to be great and locations also great for sightseeing

★★☆☆☆ App works OK but the location of the hotel in the app was wrong and ended up walking 10 mins in the wrong direction when following the directions in Google Maps that the app have me the coordinates for. Very annoying. Update: Even the contact email address in the Play store is wrong, and it's an unmanaged email address. If you can't get the basics right what are the rest of the IT systems like??

★★☆☆☆ No Business Booker, and you can't log in to an existing Booker account. Any plans to do this? If not, then it remains pretty useless for anyone with a Business Booker or Business Account.

★★☆☆☆ What's the point of an app that doesn't show all the available hotels? Looked up a destination and couldn't find the hotel I wanted, went on the website and there it was! Uninstalled!
