O Prep Contest é um app que gera protocolos de preparação para homens, contendo macros, treinos e cardios, não deixando margens para erros!

Projetamos o Prep para que tenha acesso a tudo que precisa de forma extremamente detalhada:
-Acesso à macros, ajustadas semanalmente de acordo com as avaliações;
-Acesso a treinos com periodização, ajustada de acordo com a fase do seu prococolo;
-Acesso a quantidade, duração e intensidade de cardios que você deverá fazer;
-Acesso à quantidade de água que deverá consumir em cada fase do protocolo.

O protocolo é gerado de forma individual e personalizada de acordo com a sua avaliação inicial, com duração de 17 semanas (120 dias).

Seu protocolo será ajustado semanalmente, de acordo com as suas avaliações, funciona exatamente como as preparações de atletas. Já pensou como seria estar com o shape todo trincado e as veias saltando no final do projeto?
