I ordered Version 5 notes in but forgot to provide my delivery address as I was unaware it needed to be added separately. Since the notes were never delivered, I request either the latest version of the notes or a refund. Second, I ordered rr Version 10 notes nearly two months ago, but they have still not been delivered. As NEET PG is approaching, I request faster delivery. I have repeatedly contacted your team through phone calls and email, but no one has responded or resolved

App is great. Better than all the coaching apps. You guys need to work on your marketing strategy. Prep ladder is vanishing from every college. Captured by Marrow, BTR,Cerebellum. As a user of this great app I would suggest you to really work on ground level. Or else this app will be vanished from the market in coming years. I would suggest you the methods if you will ask me about marketing as I observe other app marketing in colleges.

I'm pursuing 5th year MBBS in Russia. I have Prep ladder subscription, but the video is not playing. I also tried with VPN but nothing happened. The new version of app is not working. Prep ladder X was working. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.

Worst app in terms of tech team and software system. Live videos, recorded videos every thing got hang again and again make irritated while watching, lecture of 1 hr take 3 hr to complete after starting again and again. I'm using this app since 2020 but this year this app is showing the worst performance I never heard such things from MARROW users. Have some respect towards ur users and creating new plans like resolve ke sath App ke system mei bhi resolve kro.

Worst customer service for even elite plan members. No response for more than 1 month for mail or from customer care. There is no flashcards along with main notes I received and escalated issue multiple times along with video and no response till now. Cerebellum and marrow are far better than ur dumb service.
