Doesn't work without VPN in Russia. And in Russia VPN doesn't work. Developers should do something for this because VPNs are being actively blocked by the Russian government. No VPN works here properly.

I request the prep ladder team to please handle the Notes Delivery quicker. It took 2 weeks just to ship notes, that's quite a long time. This app also always says No internet connection while other similar apps like Marrow are working just fine.

App is great. Better than all the coaching apps. You guys need to work on your marketing strategy. Prep ladder is vanishing from every college. Captured by Marrow, BTR,Cerebellum. As a user of this great app I would suggest you to really work on ground level. Or else this app will be vanished from the market in coming years. I would suggest you the methods if you will ask me about marketing as I observe other app marketing in colleges.

Customer support is worst ever, they don't care about students problem, I was having a registered mobile number issue login, they are not responding either calls or emails. I will never recommend this to anyone

I had purchased neet ss surgery plan they told they will provide latest notes and video content will be updated now as I purchased it is about 4-5 months still they are having old content not updated video lectures and notes are old version some videos are showing error and showing internet issue and after repeated complaints they are not even listening very disappointed never expected this from prep ladder I will never recommend anyone to buy this app... will be waste of money Thank you.

I am here not to complain about faculty or study content. I am to complain about poor app performance, poor video lecture setting in app. To speed up lecture we have to go through side corner menu then to select speed of video. We are in 2026. Why so basic video player in app. Why not features like increasing speed from running video only by holding right corner. Why app is too slow?
