PrepLicense: NY Notary

PrepLicense: NY Notary — A focused study app for the New York State Notary Public examination, built from the Department of State's own License Law booklet.

NEW YORK ONLY
Notary law is state law. This app covers the New York examination administered by the Department of State, Division of Licensing Services. It will not prepare you for another state's exam.

WHAT'S INSIDE

320 questions across the four areas the License Law booklet covers:
• Appointment and qualifications
• Powers, duties and conduct
• Notarial acts and documents
• Electronic notarization and penalties

200 practice questions plus a 120-question mock pool that builds a weighted 40-question, 60-minute sitting.

SOURCED TO THE BOOKLET
• Every question stores the verbatim provision it tests, and all 320 excerpts were checked back against the official booklet before release.
• Answer keys were re-derived from the booklet by independent blind review — eight passes, none shown the key.
• 100% original questions. The examination is proctored and its items are not public; nothing here reproduces them.

ELECTRONIC NOTARIZATION, COVERED PROPERLY
New York's Part 182 rules — registration, communication technology, credential analysis, identity proofing, and the ten-year recording duty — are a quarter of the material and are where most general study guides stop short. A full 80 questions cover them.

HOW IT WORKS
• Practice mode — drill any part, any length, with the explanation right after each answer.
• Mock exam — a timed 40-question sitting weighted across the four parts, pass mark 28.
• Analytics — a four-part radar showing which area is costing you points.
• Bookmarks and flags for spaced re-review.
• Works offline after first download.

PRICING
$12.99 monthly | $32.99 every 3 months | $59.99 yearly (US prices; auto-renewing, cancel anytime in Google Play).
