★★☆☆☆ Booked a lesson for a weeks time and the tutor cancelled with 15 minutes to go. Had a lot of hassle trying to get my money back and ended up with being told I'd be credited the amount lost to my account, but I never received the credit.

★★☆☆☆ Never use this app. This is very clever, tricky and gold digger. At the beginning time, I tried to set up my payment, but failed not working well and errors. That time They tried to help anything. But. After subscription, when I had a lot of lessons classes, another 'preply 'payment was on pending. So I tried to cancel' pending transaction' they couldn't do anything. Only I can do refund with charging fee. You know? Is it common sense that we can't cancel 'pending transaction? We are not idiot
