Presage

The Ultimate Card Prediction Miracle

Presage transforms your phone into a powerful mentalism tool that creates one of the most impossible moments in card magic: predicting a freely named playing card with 100% accuracy. Based on the The Legilimens by hex16, but partially other working principle.

The Effect

You tell the spectator you are predicting a card, and show him the prediction screen. Then you setup the prediction. Then, place your phone face-up on the table, displaying a single playing card face-down on the screen. A spectator freely thinks of or names any playing card; completely their choice, no restrictions. When you tap the card on your screen, it flips over to reveal their exact card. The prediction was there all along.

No decks (but better if you use one). No forces. No electronics exchanged. No voice commands.

Why Presage?

This isn't a random card generator or a guessing game. Presage is designed specifically for performing magicians, mentalists, and anyone who wants to create genuine astonishment. The effect is direct, powerful, and requires no suspicious moves or complicated setup.

Perfect For

Close-up magicians: End your card routine with an impossible digital prediction

Mentalists: Demonstrate "mind reading" technology with your phone

Social performers: Create viral moments at parties, events, or gatherings

Casual amazement: Blow your friends' minds anytime, anywhere

What Makes It Impossible

Unlike traditional card tricks that require sleight of hand or forces, Presage creates the illusion of genuine prediction. The spectator has absolute freedom. They can name literally any of the 52 cards in the deck. When your phone reveals their exact choice, the impact is devastating.

The minimalist design enhances the mystery: a single back of a card, and nothing else to distract from the impossible moment you're going to create.
