I had trouble getting the games to unlock at first. The app did not let me set up an account after purchasing the full version. I contacted customer service via mail on a Sunday. They were very helpful and quick with their response. They set up my account and sent me a link to set up a password.

The app is good and kid loves it. I had unsubscribed in the month of Feb 23, and then I renewed it as an annual subscription still I have been charged for monthly subscription charges in the month of March 23 I have been again charged for monthly payment in the month of April 2023 even though I have annual subscription. Now I will be sending email as you have advised. Please refund and resolve the issue and ensure it will not happen again.

How do you cancel an unapproved renewal. It would be nice if you emailed someone to remind them of a renewal coming up.

I paid for the full version, but every time we try to log on it says our subscription is expired. We bought the yearly subscription, and it told us this the very first time we tried getting the extra games. Grrrrrrrrr.

Only 2 free games. Not fun and really frustrating for little kids. They can see all the games but can't play them. Don't advertise as free if you're not going to actually provide free games.

Stay away! It's a mess! Once I signed up for a year subscription ($40+), then I tried to log in with no success. The system showed an error. I thought that I hadn't signed up properly, so I purchased a monthly subscription. Again, when I tried to log in, the system would not let me, asking me to subscribe again now for a different price, $60+. I tried to cancel both subscriptions, but there is no refund for the monthly. After trying to log in more than 10 times, I got in. A headache!
